Shaped by Experience

For our founder Mattias Nyberg the idea grew from years of feeling like he didn’t fully fit in at larger companies. Traditional workplaces are often too complex and create friction that slows creative minds down.

During his studies at Hyper Island Mattias saw the power of many creative people collaborating at once but also the frustration that came when there was no clear structure. In a workshop with Klarna’s CPO David Sandström he learned that Klarna does not use internal email. That insight showed how new ways of working can reshape how teams communicate.
